Tim Ahmad

Tim Ahmad is a global connector, venture builder, and strategic advisor driving the intersection of law, technology, and investment across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

As Chief Operating Officer of Waqour Law Firm, Tim leads the firm’s operations, strategy, and international partnerships — aligning legal services with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 transformation. He integrates market-entry, compliance, and corporate structuring with data-driven insights, ensuring that clients entering Saudi Arabia are legally ready, strategically positioned, and locally aligned.

Beyond his role at Waqour, Tim is the Founder of SaudiConneX, one of the Kingdom’s largest private business ecosystems connecting global companies to giga-project opportunities; and CEO of Alphayn Holding, a Saudi-based venture studio focused on accelerating high-impact projects in defense, AI, smart infrastructure, and renewable energy.

He also serves as Director of Operations at the Artificial Intelligence Network Association (AINA) — Saudi Arabia’s national AI network — where he helps advance collaboration between public and private sectors on emerging technologies.

Tim has delivered over 40 enterprise transformation projects worldwide for clients including Amazon, Barclays, RBS, and Mubadala, and works closely with entities such as Aramco, NEOM, PIF, and major ministries on strategic initiatives and investor alignment.

He manages a network of more than 300,000 professionals across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube (FinTechLinker, 70K+ subscribers), promoting education, responsible investment, and innovation across Saudi Arabia’s fast-evolving ecosystem.
