Shuruq Saad is one of Saudi Arabia’s most dynamic and forward-thinking female leaders, recognized for her deep understanding of the Kingdom’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with First Class Honors from King Abdulaziz University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She received the Academic Excellence Award for three consecutive years and graduated ranked first in her law major. She has collaborated with leading law firms in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. She is licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice to practice law and also holds a notary license from the Ministry of Justice. She is a full member of the Saudi Bar Association.
